florida highway patrol did another internal investigation into itself regarding my brother's murder and its cover-up (now, really, would it be fair if you murdered someone, then had to investigate yourself for the murder you'd just committed?)

of course it found itself to have done a good job.

but then, someone who says, "While the (report) identified several errors … there was no evidence the errors affected the accuracy .. of the original investigation," and doesn't see their own blatant contradiction, is unlikely to see that what put a person in the road to be hit by a truck is very very fucking relevant.
